WEATHER and ABSENTEE POLICY
We will hold lessons regardless of weather, except in cases of ice, snow, flooding or Tornado. Lessons in
inclement weather are held in the Classroom. Important topics are covered that are not touched on in the arena.
These topics are important for use at higher levels. Lessons canceled due to weather by Instructors will be
rescheduled at a later date.
Absentees due to sickness must be called in by 10 am of the lesson day. All other absentees due to
schedules are made up only as to availability of the instructor. Make up lessons expire after 45 days. Lessons
canceled by an instructor will be made up.
Thank you for your understanding...we keep very low rates for your convenience, but horses and instructors
must be fed!
