Party agreement for organizer
Birthday parties are for 50 minutes per hour of riding time available…. effective use of time is up to
the person organizing the party. We will be standing by and available during cake and present time.
Leading wranglers and instructors are entitled to one 10 minute break per hour when necessary.
Horses/Ponies will be led on lead line or assisted, and in the provided arena. Helmets (provided) will
be required to be worn. A minimum of 2 hours is required for a party.
A non refundable deposit of $40.00 is required to retain confirmed date. Cancellations must be
called in no later than 48 hours prior to planned party. Failure to inform within 48 hours will be
assigned a $40.00 set up fee in addition to the deposit. Rain dates will either be done indoors, if
available, postponed, or cancelled with credit back. Returned or rejected checks will be assigned a
$20 office fee.
