under saddle in late 2006 and is now being trained in
dressage. Won first place in his first 2 dressage classes in

A 10 year old grade Quarter gelding, came to us in 2007 after
a founder incident. He has because a great begginner and
canter schooling horse.

A Welsh/QH cross is owned and ridden by Cheryl West,
but is loaned out to students who are more advanced and
have a serious desire to learn equitation.

Mirage
A 15 year old grade Quarter gelding, came to us in 2007 after
a founder incident. He is used for advanced begginner and
up and is fantastic out on the trails. He is also used to teach
reining basics.

Star
A 30 year old grade arab mare, came to us in 2007 after
being found at the bottom of the pecking order in Texas at a
Ranch. She was very thin but now is fat and happy to be in
the important job of taking care of beginners. she also has a
creative streak and loves to be painted at birthday parties.

Houdini
A 15 year old grade QH/Clydesdale gelding, came to us in
2007 as our vaulting horse.. He is used for beginner and up
and is a great therapeutic and vaulting horse.
He was originally bred at a Colorado ranch as bucking stock.
As a four year old he was brought in for an injury. He became
to friendly with the ranch hands and was unuseable as a
bucker. he was then sold to a ranch for packing. Packing elk
in the Colorado's gave Houdini his sway back. No it doesn't
hurt. he was released in the mountains for the winter where he
hung out with a donkey, and learned to jump from a standstill.
he was bought by Darla Ryder and brought home to be
trained as a vaulting horse. he is now here to stay and play
with us.

horse was going to be taken to the horse sales where he may
have ended up as meat. We picked him up from the ranch to
save them the trouble. He is a son of Mr Elusive with no
papers.
